Hello to all
I detected that I have made a mistake when filling the application form in October 2015 by adding one letter at the end of the place of birth, now when I am filling the DV-260 found that the place of birth on my passport is less than that with one letter at the end. I did that for all my family members, does that disqualify my DV-260 application, and visa will issue for me.

No,that shouldn't be a problem. The important thing is that the region of birth is correct for chargeability.
