I have gone through the New Procedure memo. Now I am confused how it will affect my case.
I filed my I-140 & I-485 Non-Concurrently at Vermont Service Center under EB2. My I-140 was approved.
No Finger Printing was requested by INS.
As per the new procedure, how my case will be affected? Is it goes to abnormal delay? Or speed up the process since all concurrently filed cases going to be processed separately?
Is this new rule applies filers before April 30, 2004? (Or) This new process only applicable to new filers after 30th April 2004?
Since my I-140 was approved, and I-485 is in process, AC21 rule applicable for me? Or because of new rule, I should not avail AC21?
Appreciate your comments on my case.
