I mean 140 waiting listing. Well my I40 application took a little a detour of RFE regarding they needed my 2001 W2.

Following are the details

I40/I485 ND 05/15/2003
FP 03/03/2004
RFE Issued on 4/27/04
RFE Replied on 5/6/04
RFE Received on 5/11/04

Hopefully to see some positive outcome out of this.

So how long does it take for approval once USCIS have received the RFE ?

no fixed rule but based on other RFE posts it is between 2 to 4 weeks
