My Notice date was 08/2001 after waiting 10 months I have changed the employer(rather I was forced to change the employer as my consulting company was getting hefty money for conversion) I have received RFE asking for
1) Last year W2
2) 2 Pay stubs
3) Current Employer Letter. INS has received it in the month of October and the database did not get updated. I don't know how many AC21 cases got approved in VSC in recent months. I am eagerly waiting for the approval. God knows how long it will take????

Mine was AC21, similar to yours

I too was forced to join by my consulting company
I got RFE asking for 6 months pay stub, last years tax and current Employment letter. Sent letter from New employer explaining in detail Previous job describtion and current job description.
Got approved in 20 days.
