I am a joint sponsor for affidavit financial support

Hi y'all. I am a joint sponsor and sending an affidavit of financial support to NVC along with my sister for my dad's case. Do we need to pay two application fees?
Any response is very much appreciated.

i864 for parents by joint sponsor (me and my wife)

I am the primary sponsor for my parent but I don't have Sufficient income so my wife works and is my joint sponsor I am filing separate i864 for my both parents as well as i864a but we are very confuse on i864 Part 1. should I select 1a. ( I am the petitioner. I filed or am filing for the immigration of my relative) and my wife select 1d. (I am the only joint sponsor) which one should I select and which one she select? as well as part 3 where it ask YES and NO(for joint sponsor) which one should I select?
Any Help will be appreciated

You would file I-864 as the petitioner and select 1a only. Your wife files I-864A (she's a household member, not joint sponsor), not I-864 and she should not appear in part 1 of your I-864; she would only appear in part 6 (person 1) of your I-864.
