My wife has got EAD and Parole..Does I-94 matters in her case ..I-94 will expire in Nov 2001.
Also in my case I am still in H1-B status filed I-485..bcuase of old passport which was due to expire in Nov .Immigration officer gave me I-94 till Nov .My H1 expires in June 2001 . If I have H1 approval till June and a copy of previous I-94 in that notice expiring in June 2001 ..Shld I bother abt I-94 which I got at Airport . I have my new passport now.
