I applied for I-102 at vermont center b.cos i lost my passport. i applied in 05/08, from their processing times i know it takes 3 mths for them to process, after receiving my receipt i never heard from them again, my online status shows still pending, i called uscis last wk, i just received a letter that they sent an approval letter on 11/08/08 but i never received that letter
they said ( file form I-824 to request an application for action on an approved application.....$340 if i need it for legal purposes, or for personal records i shd go online check my status update of the approval and print it)
am in no condition to file I-864 since i paid $320 for I-102 my question is how important is the I-94 since i ve filed for I-130, I-485 and I-765 in Jan of 09. Will they require my I-94 when i go for interview for my AOS.....I do ve a photocopy of my I-94.

yes, you'll need your I-94. If you don't have it, you can pay a fee and get a replacement. Not sure if a photocopy will work though..only if you want to take chances...but I won't.

i paid a fee for replacement, they said they mailed it but i never got it so i shd file I-824 and pay another $340
