my employer filed for my H1 and it got approved. But my employer misplaced it somewhere. but my lawyer said i can take a courtesy copy of h1, which doesnot have i-94 portion and get it stamped. I am a canadian citizen will it possible for me to get it stamped across the border. will they consider it?? please please help me. Thanks
