My application for 7th yr extension is having lack of 3 days. Lawyer suggested me to go Canada/ Mexico and come back after 4 days. I got the visa for Mexico. But the problem is I do not have the Visa stamped in my passport. Only validity is my I-94. Can anyone please tell me if I fly to Mexico and while coming back do the US Immigration will allow me based on valid I-94? or not?--Thanks.
