Hello Everyone,
I have some questions regarding using a Advance Parole. Here's my current situation.
My 485 is pending for last 2 years, I have used AC21 and have EAD and AP parole valid till mid of 2007. I also have H1B from my new employer which is valid till 2009. Also, my wife is working on EAD. We are going to India in Dec'06, my old I-94 is expired and I am going to use my Advance Parole when entering US.
Before joining the new employer, the new employer verifed my EAD and filed for new H1B and then I joined them. The lawyer says that since I have new H1B from the new employer, I am working on H1B and when entering the country I should show Advance Parole and H1B. My question is when entering the country will I get I-94 valid the expiration of my Advance Parole or will it be valid till the duration of my H1B.
