My parent has 1 yr multiple B1/B2 tourist visa. Their first visit was in July05 and stayed for 4 months only. 
Actual visa expiry (visa stamp) is on 15 Jun 2006. Their second visit started from April 21st 2006. They have gotten 6 month I-94 entry permit at the SFO airport but their visa is expiring before I-94 expires.
Is there an Issue if they leave before I-94 expires (Oct 20th 2006) but after their actual visa expires (15th June 2006)? Do they have to leave before they stamp visa expire??
Filling for Family based GC I-130, Does it has any implication staying after their tourist visa expiry but leave before I-94 expiry?
Off course next time they will be entering on Green Card as I am U.S citizen.
