Sometime back, I had posted a validity issue associated with I-94 obtained after arriving on Advance Parole (AP):

It seems that INS has issued some guidance that even if such I-94 expire, a person's stay will still be legal as long as I-485 is pending:

This, of course, justifies common-sense; but it was preferable to have assurance from the INS!
It's not a big issue for majority of the people on this forum, but I still thought I should bring it up to the notice of concerned friends here should it apply to any of them.
