As suggested our situation in my last message:
Summary:
>> I was on H1B & my wife was on H4 Visa, till I received Greencard this weekend.
>> Till May 2007: My Labor & I-140 were approved & I485 was in pending status & for my wife no I485 was filled.
>> In Jun 2007: We filled EAD & I-485 for my wife in first week of June & my lawyer received acknowledgment notice & we received her fingerprint notice for this month.
Since my wife has lost her H4 status after my I-485 application was adjusted.
* So is her current I-94 valid, issued to her based on her H4 visa?
* If not then will she be getting new I-94 Or she don’t need any I-94 any more?
* For how long can she continue to stay in US?
