I 94 Valid, L1 Blanket -Valid, I 129 not Valid- Is it a legal situation ?

Hi,

Here is my situation

-My Blanket L1 Petition states "Valid Indefinetly"
-My I 129S has the intended employment date as "till 10th Nov 2010"
-My I 94 is valid till 10th Nov 2013,

My Questions

-Is it legal to work after 10th Nov 2010 with out filing for extension of L1 ? Is there a need to file for L1 extension or I can continue working legally based on my I 94 ?

- Can my wifes EAD get extended based just on my and her I 94( both valid till 10th Oct 2013) even if my L1 extension is not filed?

-If i have to visit India inbetween, will I need a new L1 Visa to come back or will it be just extension that will need to be filed in when in India ?

I-94 date is what counts as the period of authorized employment.
Your wife can get extension based on your I-94 validity.
If the L1 visa sticker in your passport has expired or will expire soon, you will need a new visa in order to return to US.
