My parents arrived from India on Jan 19th 2005. They have 10 yr multiple entry visa valid until 2010.
At the POE, my mother’s I-94 was stamped for 6 months, However my father’s I-94 does not have a validity date. Is that something of concern and needs to be corrected?
However they do not intend to stay here for more than 6 months.
Any thoughts?
