I-94 Questions

Hi! I was just wondering where would I give or hand over my I-94 form upon departure. If am not mistaken, the last time I left the states it was pulled out by the airline receptionist. Will they forward those I-94 forms to USCIS?

Please advise.

Yes, they forward them. That's the general practice. You surrender it every time except when going ot Caanda or Mexico.
