I-94 Question

Hi All,
I have a question regarding the I-94 when i leave the US to go to Canada for H1B stamping (F1>>OPT>>H1B COS Case). At the airport (i am flying to toronto), which I-94 should i hand over to the airline/Immigration? - Only the I-94 that i originally entered the US on as a F1 student (never been out of US yet) or also the printed I-94 that is at the bottom right hand corner of the INS approval notice (I-797A)???
Also, any recent experiences at Toronto regarding H1B stamping???

What is your appointment date at US Consulate Toronto? My date of interview for h1-B is 5th June & I am a landed immigrant.
Are you a landed immigrant in Canada? Or wil be taking a visit visa for stamping?

Any one with recent H1 stamping experience ..please pot your experience.
