Here it goes:
Last time when I entered US was 2 yrs ago while working for Employer "A" and I have the white I-94 in my passport. Since then I had two 6-month extensions on H-1 with that employer. Have the copies of I-797 for those.
Now I am working for employer "B" and have the original I-797 approval. I am planning to go outside US for vacation. My query is what to submit to the airline agent- the original white I-94 in my PP alongwith the latest I-94 (green) from my notice of approval?? What about the I-94 from the 2 extensions I received in between? Also, should I be having the original I-797 for those extensions?? My previous employer has the originals?
