I-94, passport copies needed by NIW?

Hi,
I am a F-1 student and applying for NIW (EB-2). But my lawer doesn't plan to include copies of I-94, passport, visa and I-20 in the application.
Is it right?

do not know about all the stuff, but one thing for sure that copy of your current valid visa would be required if applying NIW as "Change of Status" - you may not require that if applying for CP. For other documents consult couple other lawyers (they will tell you for free) or the INS website.
