Wondering if anyone knows if this is going to be a problem or not. My wife (who is on a L1) left the country 6 months ago and when she came back in she was given an I-94 with a date of 28th Dec 2004 on it. Her actual visa expires in June 2005. The immigration person just got the date wrong. We're actually going to London for Xmas this year and will be leaving before the 28th, so we don't think it will be an issue. But we will be coming back in the country after the 28th, I am pretty sure they take your I-94 when you leave so I can't imagine it will even come up.
Just wondering if anybody has had a similar experience?
