I'm filing I-589 application. All supporting evidence is ready and I do not want to delay filing any longer. Unfortunately I had misplaced my I-94 card. On asylum application question 18-b is asking to include I-94 number. Required documentation also states to include copies of I-94.
Please advise if I can submit I-589 without I-94 number in question 18-b and without copies of I-94 attached?
I had researched and found that form I-102 is used to apply for I-94 replacement. However, it costs 330 $ to apply for replacement. Is it true, that it would require 30-60 days to receive a replacement card?
What would you suggest I do?
