I have lost my latest I-94 card and I now need to travel to India.
What are the consequences.
Well, the card was stapled to the passport and during the renewal of the passport(which had expired) it got misplaced at the consulate, I did not notice it on time. Luckily I have a photocopy of the card, is that good enough? otherwise what steps do I need to take in this situation.
