Hi, I have a question regarding I-94. I have an approved I-797 and I-94 from Org A. I moved to Org B sometime back. When I moved they filed another H1B. The petition got approved but I did not receive the original I-797A still. But received the courtesy copy saying it's approved.
My question is - if there is no I-94 in my new I-797A should I leave the country, get the stamping and get the I-94 at the POE?
Am I in trouble if my new I-797A does not have I-94 in it?
or am I good because the I-94 issued for my H1B petition in Org A is still valid? Thanks.
Note: Both Org A and Org B have different employer numbers but are part of the same parent company.
