Hello everyone,i'm from England and got married to a U.S citizen a while ago,and I over stayed my visa waiver.I waited the 60 day wait before you get married and now I want to file my paper's.The only problem I have is that I have lost my I-94 card that get's put in your passport,and I need the number off that card to fill in one of the question's on the I-485 form,also I would need it for the interview.I will be sending off for a replacement I-94 but the answer I need is when I send off for a replacement card will they deny me because I am off status?I don't really want to send off my I-485 form with one question not answered and get denied.I know that when you send your I-485 form in you are legal in the state's whilst it is getting processed,so if I sent off my I-94 form before my I-485 form and it get's denied,do you think I should just send off everything including fee's and and my replacement I-94 form,leave the question blank and see what happens?
