I have a valid H1-B from my first employer whom I left more than a year ago. The I-94 on that H1-B expires on May 2007. So the attorney asked me to file I-94 amendment to join back my first employer. Can anyone tell me what is I-94 amendment? what documents do i need to submit for I-94 amendment?
