I've applied for Green Card as a spouse of US citizen,but I have a question about I-94.
When I return from the trip, which I-94 form should I fill out on the plane?
There were two different types of I-94 form. One of them was for people who have visas,
the other one was for people who were from non-visa required countries.
It was saying that green card holders do not need fill this out.
So, I am so confused what I should do for this since my status is in between.
So, please if there is anyone who has used Advance Parole before, let me know what I should do.
