You can only have one vaid I-94 at a time
Remember the little form that you fill inside the aircraft before landing in USA? Immigration officers at the airport check-out stamp it with a date. That is the one and only I-94 that you should be having, unless you lost it already. H1 and F1 are just Visa stamps on the passport. Each time you enter US, you fill in an I-94 and get it stamped. When you leave the country, the airline takes it away from you.
If you never left since you entered US on F1 Visa, you probably have the old I-94 associated with F1 visa travel. Like cartaverde said, take all your paper work with you and hand over the old I-94 as well as extended ones that you might have received later on.
And enjoy your freedom.
