Folks
I am currently on my H-1 (485 pending CSC). I received I-94 valid to Dec 2001 with my H-1 extension. HR in my company misplaced the original I-94. I do have a copy of the I-94. From posts about GC passport stamping, I-94 is one of the documents to be submitted before stamping. Is this a problem for me for GC stamping. I-102 (for replacing lost/stolen I-94 takes forever to approve as INS rightfully considers it a very low priority.

Please advice

No Title

I read somebody\'s stamping experence in last 2 days or so, and the guy has clearly told that the lady at the Passport stamping told keep you I-94 with you, as I don\'t need that. at the same time the guy was concerned is it normal for INS not to take I-94, because he told that in the letter the INS has asked to bring the I-94 with him.
I hope it works for you. the second issue might be that you don\'t get your stamping by Dec and you can apply renue H1. In that case you will get new I-94.
Good luck
