I recently got married and my wife will be joining me on may 1st week after finishing her schooling in India. My current H1 expires on May 31st
and I will be applying for an extention. She got her H4 stamped till May 31st so she won\'t have any problem in Comming to US. But Her I-94 will be
valid only till may 31st. I will get a new I-94 (along with new H1). How
do I update her I-94 after she comming her. Does she have to go back before may 31st again.
Please give me ur suggestions.
