i-94 Extension

Hi,

My mother has a 10 year multiple entry B-2 visa. When she came to the USA this time, her I-94 was stamped with a date 3 days prior to her return ticket.

Do I have to apply for extension even for 3 days? Is there a grace period after I-94 expiry to leave the country? I tried to change the ticket but due to the season, it is difficult to change her return ticket as well.

Any advice will be appreciated.

wheather it is 3 days or 1 day, It will be considered as overdue.
You can use I-539 form for extension of stay which will take 30 to 60 days of processing time.

Better to manage at Ticket level.
