I travelled out of USA last year ( 1999 ) and came back on Advance Parole. While coming back the officer stamped \'Admitted on AP pending 485 \' and gave put the date of Nov 2000 ( 2 months after my Advance Parole was expiring )
This year I already have gotten a new AP with an expiry in 2001. Do I need to worry about the I94 expiring this December ? Do I need to travel out of the country and come back just to get an updated I94 ?
