I-94 expires 02/02/2004

Hi friends,
I need advice from our experts and gurus from this forum.
My I-94 is expiring on the 02/02/2004.I have I-485 pending with TSC from 2001.Since I have applied for I-485 i have gone out of the country and come back twice since and my I-94 had never expired right now it is close what do I need to do.
I-485 RD 05/01/2001
ND 08/17/2001.
Third AP pending ND 06/06/2003,
Third EAD expires 06/14/2004.
My Passport is expiring in 6 months and I am planning to send it for renewal in couple of days.Do I need to worry about my I-94 any advice is appreciated.

If you have any plans to visit any country now ?

Incase if you want to visit, you need your AP approved or if you have AP already and expiring after your I94 then no problem you can visit before it expires.

Nothing to worry about your I94 because now you are in AOS status and there is no requirement of I94.

You have to start using your EAD after your I94 expires, if you are in H1 Visa Status for your employment.

If you still have new H1 Visa, then you will get the new I94 attached to that, you can use that as I94.

Get your passport renewal before it expires. You will get the old passport along with that ( Note this ). Keep both passports in your travel.

I-94 expires

Thanks BASH I am on my third EAD which expires on 06/14/2004
and my AP has expired but I have applied for my third AP 06/06/2003 and still waiting.I am on EAD and my H1 has expired a long time ago.So I guess I need not worry about my I-94 expiring.
