I just got married to a U.S. citizen.
I want to file all the necessary forms to get my green card

On the I-130, I have to put my the details of my I-94. It shows that my method of entry was my old H1B visa which is now expired. I have a new H1B, but I a) never left the country since getting it, so I don't have a new I-94, and b) I don't have the visa stamped in my passport. All I do have is the I797 issued to me stating my new H1B expires in 2015.

What should I do?

Form I-797 is used only for the endorsement of immigrant visa petitions and modification of status applications. You can check your form , you will find the space already provide the details of I-94.
