My L1 visa AND I-94 expired on Dec 03/2002. I have however got my EAD and AP and am waiting for my green card. It is 9 months since i applied for my 485.
1. IMPORTANT :I am applying for a change of address and on form AR-11 there is a column
"IF NOT A PERMANENT RESIDENT, MY STAY IN THE US EXPIRES ON : IMPORTANT ::What do i need to fill in here SINCE my I-94 HAS EXPIRED?
2. Am l with a legal status in this country after my i94 AND Visa expires i.e after Dec 03 2002?
3. Do i need to extend my 1-94 ?
Pls do help me on this.
