I 94 does not have a departure date

My mother entered on a B2 Vistor Visa on July 25, 2004. When i checked her I 94, it does not have a departure date. All it has is B2 stamped where there should be a departure date. How long can my mother stay in the US?
 
What I need for Travel

Dear Fellows,
As I have mentioned before I have got my EAD and AP , I am planning to travel, I wantt oknow according to your experience what I have to carry with me, I mean which documents other than EAD and AP.
Do I need to carry Reciept of I-485 and Approval Notice of I-140 too.
