I-94 copies?

Hi gurus,

I need to know whether for filling I-485 we need to submit all the previous I-94 copies(whenever u have entered in US) ?

I don't have all the xerox of the I-94 cous at the very beginning i was not aware of importance of I-94

My laywer has send a checklist where he mentioned to write down all the I-94 Numbers.

That's why i want to clarify for you gurus?

Not all I-94. You may be having multi I-94.e.g. You will get new I-94 whenever you do H1 transfer. If you are having multiple I-94 your attorney may be asking you to send all the copies. You can directly ask him.

One more thing if you transfer H1 then new I-94 will have same number as old one.

INS mailny interested in the I-94 when you last travelled and entered into USA. Remaining you can just make a copy as a matter of H1B visa proof and validity dates if any
