Friends I am planing to land by Air from US at Toronto Airport I hope you will guide me. I am on H1 and would like to return back to US from Canada by air, I will just land ,apply for SIN and will be back to US.

1 I have read that if you are visiting Canada or Mexico for less than 30 days you do not need to submit your I-94 is it correct? any link to Law
2 Or when I departure from USA the Air line or INS will take my I-94? if yes then what to say
3 Should I take out my I-94 from my passport when landing at Toronto or no need
4 If at the time of departure from US the Air line staff does not take my I-94 or I tell yhem that I am going only for 3 days and will be back and they allow me to keep the I-94 then when I take flight from Toronto to US will I face any problems at US airport with the INS officer?
Because I read many posting that if you enter by border then they just check your Valid visa and Valid I-94 ( I have both Valid till 2003)
I just need help for US Airportexperence because nobody has posted any exp.
If I have I-94 with me when I reach USA air port when I return what questions INS officer can ask because I am worried that he/she may say why I have not submitted my I-94 when I left US

4.I want to carry only small suit case at time of landing any problem here?
5 As many have reported that when you become Landed immigrant by border post you can NOT drive your US plated car in Canada becaue you have become PR so they will not allow you to drive your US plated car, that is the reason I am taking flight. Can by friend who is green Card holder of US drive mt car after my landing formality at border( My car which is registred on My name)and can accompany me to Canada? or he she will be asked whose car you are driving?
Thanks in advance for help.
