my problem began when I arrived to US on October 4th. I had just a copy of DS-2019 so the immigration officer wrote in my I-94 that it's valid till November 4th and told me to send the original DS-2019 and I-94 to Department of Homeland Security. I did as he told me and they mailed me back a letter saying that everything is ok now.
It seemed to be allright until I came to DMV to get my license. The DMV clerk told me my I-94 is not valid and therefore she can't allow me to do the driving test.
Where can I get a new I-94? Or is this one valid and the DMV made a mistake?
On the back of the I-94 is written: "EOS Granted from Nov 11 2005 and stay authorized to D/S." SSC is crossed out and instead of it is written "Esn con".
I'm really confused what all that means, please help.
