We are waiting the approval letter and will get our passport stamped soon. I am told that we need to give back the first entry I-94 card to INS. The problem is that my spouse\'s first I-94 card was taken by the officer a few years ago when we returned to US from a short visit to Canada. My spouse came to US by F2. And then changed the visa to F1 and then H1. When we filed our GC, we gave our attorney the copy of I-94, including this ones. As a matter of the fact, the I-94 card was there when we submitted the copy.
