I-94 Card. do we need to renew ????

EAD card and I-94 card , expiring in May 2004. I will apply for EAD card renewal.

Does I -94 card need renewal too . If yes , what is the process ?

I dont think so if working on ead

1-94 is for status. If 485 has been filed for, it gives the adjustee stay until adjudication. when working on ead, one need not do any renewal of I-94 because they have filed 485. When you entered on H1, if the date on the 1-94 is expiring,then one has the option of continuing work on ead or file for renewal of I-94 (i do not know about this I-94 renewal stuff).
