I-94 and the I-140 e-form

Hi!

When filling the online I-140 form to start the EB-1(a) process, I had to enter my I-94 number (as I am alrady working in the US). I am going to travel a lot over the next few months and will get at least twice (if not more) new I-94...

Once I have submitted the I-140, is it going to be a problem if my I-94 number changes during the processing of the petition?

Got the answer...

Well, even if I get a new I94, the old one will be linked to my file and the new one will be available there.
So, no worries on that one!
