I have questions.. it is very important for me.Please , help!
I have I-485 pending since August , 2004, I have a Parole in Public Interest.
How long does it take to receive a GC?
I want to travel home , I ll apply for AP on Wednesday,and they say that there is a possilbility that I ll not return back to the States.How it is possible?
If my I-94 will be expired on July , 17 , 2005 do I have to return here before this date?? Please tell me if you know!
