I had my interview in April 2005 (married to USC), got my passport stamped in August, and no plastic card yet... I want to file I-90 (for a card that was never received), but I am not sure what the supporting information package should include.
I've read whatever is written on the USCIS website, and I have an idea, but "Failure to submit the required information may cause delay or even get your case denied" is scaring the hell out of me. I've been dealing with USCIS for 4 years now and I don't want to mess up....can't wait any longer .
Whoever filed I-90 already(for never received plastic card) - please let me know what documentation I need to send them along with the I-90 FORM.
