I-90 Rfe

My card never arrived after stamping, I used an I90 to replace the card, after 4 months I get an RFE. I don't have it with me it will probably take one week on the mail, any ideas what they will want??

who advised u to file I-90?
and service center what did they say about 'did they mail u mail lost or what'
What docs u sent with ur I-90 applicaiotn?
