I-90 RFE, need info

Hi Guys,

I received my green card with wrong name so I applied for I-90 for replacement of card in September 2004 through online. Yesterday I got a RFE from Nebraska service center asking the following docs.
"You must submit your previously issued Form I-551, Alien Registration Receipt card before your application to a new card can be processed.You must furnish the original card".
Could somebody tell me what is this "Form I-551"? Is this the same thing which I got stamped in my passport when I attended for interview at local INS.I am also wondering, is this "Alien Registration Receipt card" is same which they sent the Green card in a white color card?
Any ideas or suggestions?

They are asking for the original Green Card (also known as I-551)
