Why do you want file I-90?
You can apply any where. Unlike EAD and AP I-90 is consdered as sepearte application?

My wife's name is not correct on the green card she received.

And the immigration officer in Dover where we had our passport stamped has the proofs that we had it corrected. So might as well, come back to her to avoid the $185 fee. Otherwise, we have no choice but to pay.
