Hello everyone,
12 years ago, I won the lottery visa and both my wife at the time and I applied and got our green card. A couple of years later, we divorced, than I found out later that she applied for Citizenship which she got.
My green card expired two years ago; and now I'm applying (not electronically) but the instructions for form I-90 are asking me to include all supporting doccumentation. I understand that, along with the I-90 form, I need to send a copy of my expired card and the $370.00 fee of course.
My question is, what else do I need to send to the USCIS? My divorce papers perhaps?
If any of you can help me out, I would really appreciate it.
Thank you in advance!
