My son has not received his plastic card 3.5 months after stamping.
The online mesg says, "On August XX, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued."
Repeated queries have yielded no information.
Background:
We received my son's I-797 approval notice, early July and got his passport few days later. USCIS mailed original approval notices to my current and former attorney.
We intitiated several queries and even mailed a query ..no response so far.
Should I file a I-90 for a replacement card?
