I-90 Finger Print Process

Dear Friends , My son did his finger print for I-90 on feb 21,2002 , the FBI have not received the prints yet , he did the FP in Newyork City on a hard copy ( not electronically ) , how long is it taking for manual FP to reach the FBI .
