If I need to file I-90 for correction on GC, need clarification on these issues.
1) Should the attorney sign the I-90 form, because he prepared it.
2) What kind of proof should I submit for the correction, is it sufficient to say that at the time of passport stamping, name reversal was noticed & informed to INS officer, or should we enclose the previous attempts of correction also.
